How do I book?
Everything goes through Booksy. Open times show live, so whatever you can see is genuinely free. You'll get a confirmation and a reminder before your appointment.
How far ahead should I book?
Whatever's open on Booksy is bookable. Saturdays run longer hours and tend to go first, so grab those earlier in the week.
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Yes, through Booksy — the same booking you made has cancel and reschedule buttons on it. Give me as much notice as you can so the slot can go to someone else.
Do you do anything besides the low taper?
The low taper is what's on the books right now. If you want something else, ask when you book and I'll let you know.
I don't know what to ask for. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Bring a photo if you have one, or just tell me how you want it to look in a couple of weeks. We'll work it out before I start.
